Open worldwide to active STORROR+ members aged 18 years or over at the time of selection. Members under 18 may be considered with verified parental or guardian consent prior to awarding the prize. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Storror Limited are not eligible.
The Member Spotlight runs continuously, with one member selected each calendar month.
The STORROR team selects the winner based on observed engagement, contribution, and positivity within the STORROR+ community. Factors may include viewing activity, comments, discussion participation, and general conduct. Selection is discretionary and not random.
Each month's prize is specified on the Member Spotlight page. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an item or gift card of equal or greater value.
The winner will be contacted via their registered STORROR+ email address within seven (7) days of selection. If no response is received within fourteen (14) days, or if parental or guardian consent for an under-18 winner cannot be verified, another eligible winner may be chosen. All shipping or digital delivery costs are covered by the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to disregard engagement or activity it deems automated, deceptive, or unfairly obtained, and to disqualify any member for breach of community rules or these terms. The Promoter's decision on winner selection and prize allocation is final.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that their first name, handle, and general location may be shared publicly on STORROR+ and STORROR's social channels. No additional personal data will be shared without consent.
Personal data collected for this promotion will be processed solely for administration of the Member Spotlight and, where consented, for STORROR marketing communications, in accordance with STORROR's Privacy Policy.
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical, network, or platform issues that affect selection or notification. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
The Promoter will cover all shipping and delivery costs. However, any import duties, customs charges, or taxes levied by the winner's local authority upon receipt of a physical prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Promoter is not liable for delays or additional costs arising from customs processing.
Any tax liability arising from the receipt of a prize — including but not limited to income tax or benefits-in-kind — is the sole responsibility of the winner. The Promoter will not be responsible for any taxes owed by the winner in any jurisdiction as a result of receiving a prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or suspend the Member Spotlight if required for legal or operational reasons. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
