STORROR+ is a separate platform from YouTube with its own membership. The Monday upload is also on S+ without ads, but the platform exists for everything that YouTube won't allow or that isn't right for the main channel. That means roof missions, raw bails, challenge videos, members-only livestreams, Q&As, brand news and behind-the-scenes footage. New videos release every Friday and the library keeps growing every week.
Yes. There is a free bundle of 8 classic S+ videos available with no payment needed and no card required. You just need to create a free account to claim them. Head to the Free Videos page to get started. If you like what you see, a membership from £6.99 unlocks the full library instantly.
All plans unlock the same things: 100+ hours of exclusive videos, new releases every week, ad-free access to every YouTube upload, members-only livestreams with the crew, access to the Community feed and Discord, a content calendar showing upcoming releases, and member discounts on selected STORROR apparel. There are no hidden tiers. Monthly, 3-month and annual plans all include everything.
They're two separate things included with your membership. The Community is a members-only space inside STORROR+ where the team post news, project updates, sneak peeks at product development and things that aren't being shared anywhere else. It's post-based, more like a private feed. Discord is a separate real-time group chat where members and the crew talk directly. If Community is the noticeboard, Discord is the group chat.
The Content Calendar is a schedule showing upcoming video releases, livestreams and S+ events. Members can see exactly what is dropping and when, so you are always the first to know what is coming. You can find it in the top navigation once you are signed in.
No. STORROR+ is a completely separate platform with its own membership. A YouTube Join subscription won't carry over. The YouTube Join offering is being phased out over the coming months so this platform is where everything is moving.
You can watch on TV, mobile and desktop. There is a STORROR+ app available for smart TVs and mobile devices, or you can watch through any web browser. All your devices use the same account.
You can't download directly from the web browser, but in the mobile app you can save videos for offline playback. Useful for travel or anywhere without reliable signal.
Members get access to exclusive discounts on STORROR apparel. The discount applies to selected products and may not cover every item in the store at all times.
Yes, always. Cancel from your account settings whenever you like. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No penalties, no awkward process.
You can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Requests must include your order number and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and can take 5 to 10 business days to appear. Services or content already accessed may not be eligible for a full refund. To request a refund, contact membersupport@storror.com.

Click Sign In at the top right of the page. You can sign in with your password or request a passwordless sign-in link sent to your email address.
Once signed in, go to Explore in the top navigation. Everything is there, searchable and organised by series. You can also access it all through the STORROR+ app on mobile or TV.
On the Sign In page, click Sign in with password then Set new password. Enter the email on your account and click Send Instructions. You will receive a reset email shortly. Alternatively, use the passwordless Sign-In Link option to log in without your password.
Sign in and click Profile at the top right, then select Purchases. To change your plan, click Manage Plan under the Membership section. To update your payment method, click Change Payment Method under the Payment Method section.
Sign in, click Profile at the top right, then go to Purchases. You can choose to pause or cancel your membership by clicking End Membership. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Buffering is usually down to internet connection speed. We recommend a minimum of 25 Mbps for smooth streaming. If you are having issues, try refreshing the page, switching to a different browser, or clearing your browser cache. If problems continue, contact storror@uscreen.support.
Some cards have restrictions on online purchases or recurring subscription billing. If your card is being declined, contact your bank or card provider to confirm the transaction is valid and that recurring payments are permitted. If you are still having trouble after that, get in touch at storror@uscreen.support.
Scroll to the footer of any page and click Buy a Gift Card. Select the plan and duration, complete payment and you will receive a confirmation with a gift code and shareable link to send to whoever you are gifting it to.
Use the link shared by whoever gifted it to you. Clicking it will automatically apply the gift to your account. If you don't have an account yet, you will be prompted to create one first.
